The Silver Package

The Gold Package

First Option – Upgrade your Home Fibre Subscription
Existing customers of Safaricom Home Fibre have the option to upgrade to the Home Fibre Plus package by paying an extra fee of Ksh 1,050. This upgrade includes additional benefits in addition to those already provided in the Home Fibre package, such as 400 free minutes, 4GB of mobile data, and unlimited SMS.
Second Option – Buying a Home Fibre Plus
Safaricom Home Fibre Plus provides customers with an opportunity to access various internet packages that come with additional mobile data, voice minutes, and unlimited SMSs.
The Bronze Plus package costs Ksh 3,400 per month, providing 5 Mbps speed, 1 GB mobile data, 100 voice minutes, and unlimited SMSs. The Silver Plus package costs Ksh 4,999 per month, providing 10 Mbps speed, 4 GB mobile data, 200 voice minutes, and unlimited SMSs. Safaricom Home Fibre Installation Cost
Safaricom requires new customers to pay an upfront installation fee of Ksh 3,000, which is separate from the subscription fee. Additionally, if you need to relocate and don’t have a router, you will be charged Ksh 6,500 for the replacement.
However, the company offers a promising incentive for newly connected customers, as Safaricom pledges cumulative rewards equivalent to the installation cost (Ksh 3,000). It may take up to six months to claim the full reward, but it will be forfeited if you fail to continue paying the subscription fee.
