Etisalat Home internet packages offer ‘Home Wireless Advance’ and ‘Home Wireless Premium’ services. Just like Etisalat’s ultra-fast fiber plans, you get unlimited internet data in Home Wireless and Premium services. Setting up Home Wireless is quick and easy.

You can order the plan via their website and within 24 hours the package will be delivered to your doorstep containing an envelope. Simply remove the SIM from the envelope and insert it into the SIM slot at the back of the router. Then, connect the router to a power source and wait for the power indicator to light up.

Finally, connect your devices to the Wi-Fi router using the password at the back of the router. For optimal performance, it’s recommended to place the router near a window and away from any electrical equipment.

Home Wireless Advance

For a limited time, enjoy faster internet speeds with unlimited data for a promotional price of AED 199 (5% VAT excluded) for 12 months. After the promotional period ends, the full price of AED 299/month will apply. Additionally, you’ll receive the following perks.

Fair Usage Policy:

New Customers:

Following the expiry of the Minimum Term, new customers will be subject to a Fair Use Policy (FUP), which includes the following restrictions and/or limitations: if the customer exceeds 5TB of data usage in a month, Etisalat reserves the right to control the speed of the service to 1Mbps on either of the plans.

Existing Customers:

Existing customers of Home Wireless Advance and Home Wireless Premium plans will have a Fair Usage Policy (FUP) applied after the promotional period. The FUP for Home Wireless Advance customers’ limits data usage to 300GB per month and for Home Wireless Premium customers, it limits usage to 1000GB per month with the speed being controlled to 1Mbps if the limit is exceeded.

Ending Your Contract:

If a customer terminates a service plan with a Minimum Term before its expiry, the customer will need to pay an early termination charge, which is AED 1,000 or one undiscounted monthly rental charge (whichever is lower) and also pay for the 4G or 5G Router based on a certain calculation.

where Rp is the retail price of the device(s), Ct is the number of months in the minimum term of the contract, and T is the number of months the subscriber has served in the contract.

Customer Home Location:

Customers can relocate the SIM card once in a single month with no extra charge by calling 101. Subsequent moves will be charged AED 100 per instance.

Penalty-Free Service Cancellation Period:

Customers who meet certain conditions can cancel their Home Wireless Advance plan within 3 days or 7 days, depending on whether they opted in or out of receiving a router, and for Home Wireless Premium plan, customers have 14 days to cancel. Etisalat will waive applicable charges, and the router must be returned to Etisalat by e& with all accessories and documentation in the original packaging, which the customer can request to be collected by calling 101 or 800 101.
